Knot Out was born from personal experiences of overcoming injuries, setbacks, and the mental challenges that one is faced with overcoming them and finding alternative ways to seek thrills, feel strong, or simply stay active.  â€‹

We are passionate about helping you stay in the game, whether it's through injury recovery, performance improvement, or simply maintaining your wellbeing.  At Knot Out, we listen with empathy and offer support through our expert therapies, so you can keep moving forward — physically and mentally.

What are Knots?

The term "knotted muscles" is often used to describe areas of muscle tension or tightness, commonly referred to as "muscle knots." However, it is a misnomer because muscles don't actually form physical knots in the way that string or rope might.
