By booking with Knot Out Sports Massage & Pilates (aka Knot Out Therapise) you agree for your name, booking date/time and the consultation notes made by your practitioner at the time of each appointment to be held securely using a third party software, Rehab My Patient. No other information will be stored with Rehab My Patient such as telephone number, email address or home address.​

When booking, your appointment/class your booking data will be securely held via Wix booking system. These details will be emailed to your practitioner. Each practitioner is self-employed and carries their own accreditation and professional indemnity insurance. The website www.knot-out.co.uk is used to facilitate bookings for clients and practitioners.
